"Overall the property was what we expected. Ideal for two persons, doing local daytrips. Basic, safe, clean with a small kitchen, equipped for 2 persons. Clean linen and a comfortable double bed. Typical the apartments one would find in Europe. We did not use the loose blanket on the bed, but it is in need of a wash."

"OUR ROOM WINDOW WAS ABOUT 5 METRES AWAY FROM MAIN GATE. FROM 5 AM IN THE MORNING , TILL AFTER 12PM AT NIGHT THAT GATE OPEN AND CLOSES WITH A MASSIVE NOICE. NO REST WHAT SO EVER. VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. NO SERVICE IN 7 DAYS . TOWELS ONE PER PERSON AND NO HAIRDRYER OR POOL TOWELS. DONT THINK I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF ITS FOR A HOLIDAY, AND YOU WANT TO REST . BUSINESS TRIP WILL MAYBE A DIFFERENT STORY. PARKING WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE PERMANENT RESIDENTS . BODYCORPORATE WANTED TO CLAMP OUR WHEELS...

"Lovely old farm house, like a museum. We stayed in the garden room. It was average could do with a face lift. Blinds were tatty need replacing. Large walk in showers, cold no heating in the bathroom. Small toilet, small squashed in sink. "For the price it was just ok. Very sleepy, minimal vibe, ice cold pool that you really couldn’t enjoy. Room and bathroom were nice, but probably wouldn’t stay again for the price. Has a lot of potential but just kinda boring. Seems everyone bright their babies too lol Definitely check out the rooftop gin bar next door and the incredible BbQ restaurant a couple blocks down. "

"Such a beautiful location and the hotel could do so much better. Disappointing as the windows in the room were dirty so it ruined the beautiful view. Bathroom ceiling had a hole and sheets had stains. The outside and lounge areas are lovely. "

A hidden gem, with a fabulous host

"This is the most beautiful, personal hidden gem. The property sits on a residential street, and as soon as you step through the gate you truly feel as though are a guest in someone's home. Our room was beautiful and spacious with a huge bed. The view onto the golf course is peaceful and beautiful. We were cooked breakfast at a time of our choice and had some wonderful coffee, yoghurt, fruit eggs and bacon. Nothing was too much trouble. When we are back in Langebaan, we are heading straight here. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Thali Thali which was peaceful and quiet. The staff were especially friendly, welcoming and very responsive. Our accommodation was comfortable but some of the fixtures and fittings could probably do with refurbishment. All in all a very happy stay. "

Relaxing stay

"Very warm welcome and lots of recommendations on places to eat and visit. We had the family suite which was very spacious and good balcony space with Braai area. Overlooking the par 3 golf course. Please note there are dogs at this property, well behaved but if you are not confident with them it might be an issue. Plenty of places to eat a short drive away in town. Thank you. "
