We had a wedding to attend in the area and found the Hampton Inn a clean, satisfactory place to stay. Staff was quite nice and helpful. The inn was well stocked with incidentals if needed. Beds were comfy, nice linens. I found it somewhat overpriced, however nothing was disappointing.

I would love it if you would serve bacon and grated cheese and salsa to go over the eggs. The sausage is not good and the eggs would be better with cheese and salsa rather than just hot sauce. Rooms are clean and nice. Staff was nice.

The breakfast was not very good. Grey sausage is not appetizing. Limited options. Red roof has a better breakfast. We requested our room to be cleaned. The front desk said she'd have housekeeping take care of it. That was at 1:30. We came back from shopping at 5:30 and still was not cleaned. By that time, the front desk said housekeeping left for the day and there's nothing he could do but bring towels. Very disappointed and will probably not stay at a Hampton again.

First room 223 smelled really bad like BO (body order). Got switched to room 101 and the bed felt like it is going to fall apart any moment and there were multiple black hairs on the bed mattress pad.

The room we stayed in had a large wet spot where the air conditioner had been leaking and the room had a very musty smell. We were given a can of lysol. Also they ran out of towels when we went swimming. The pool was murky and had large chunks of hair floating in it.

Look elsewhere and save your money
Hotel needs updated. Repairs look like they were done by a 14 yr old. Hotel just had a dirty look and overall feel. Pricing was high considering I just stayed in a brand new Holiday Inn express the week before in Zanesville for half the price.
