"We upgraded to ocean front and it was the best decision made!! Ocean is literally at the front of the property and easy to access. Little bit of construction but was no big deal. Amazing pools, great access to restaurants at the hotel amd close (i.e. walkable) to shopping and other restaurants. Perfect location. We will ne back! "

"First time here, it was an amazing stay. Our room was upgraded to a room by the original lobby and it was amazing! Every day we returned to a made room and fresh towels. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect! Everything was on point for this experience. We attended the Luau there and that was great, food was surprisingly good (past luaus I attended, food was not too great). The only problem was the seating. We had standard seating and unfortunately our table was shared by really rude people that made us feel really uncomfortable in the beginning. Had it not been for their teenaged daughter the mother would have kept asking us to move out if their seats. My young children were confused why they could not sit there. Anyway, other thank that this was by far an amazing trip all around!! "
