"The place was nice and quiet. Very clean and comfortable room. They offered a delicious breakfast on Friday and an hour of free music one evening performed by local musician. The entire staff was pleasant. Napili bay is beautiful and was only about a one minute walk from our door."

"Nice condo in a great location. The bedroom did not have air conditioner, but a big ceiling fan, not enough for my family. Also the bedroom qas noisy, due to the road in the back. We were not able to get a late check out but were offered to use the hospitality room where we could shower before heading to airport. A few table placements would be recommended. "When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! Jimbo, your manager was absolutely great. He helped us in every way to locate another unit etc. etc. You have a great employee!!! Regards; Dean"

"Location was great. Condo was a little dated. Toaster was broken and fridge was on its’ last leg but when we needed anything we called Epic Realty and they got right on it. They were very good. "

"The location is ideal. We enjoy the coastal trail (took it every day). Beaches are close and pool area clean and comfortable. The turtle bay is amazing and watching the whales was cool. "

"Slow drain in bathtub, there was ankle deep water before the water got hot for my shower. No air conditioning. There was A Lot of highway noise as we had to open up all the windows to get cooler air into the room. Early morning chickens were also quite in evidence. Very good restaurant on site. The bed was large and comfortable. "
