"The hotel charge for every entry of any car for guest really incovenience. The toilet is humid and moldy. The floor also sticky. Everything need to be borrowed instead of available on the go, like hairdryer. The refrigerator broken. Charge premium price for 2nd star at best 3rd star quality room"

"It was another warm hotel stay in Whiz Prime Hotel Ahmad Yani Lampung from 18 to 20 February 2019. Very warm welcome came from Mr Alan, Mr Dicky, Ms Febyka and Ms Indri on 18 February. I truly felt great. I had a wonderful breakfast, with Ms Febyka, at 17th floor on 19 February morning. Besides great food, we had a fantastic chit-chat as we are really very good friends. "This is a newly built hotel. However, activity is limited at this hotel. The pool is closing early daily (6 pm). The cafe/ rooftop restaurant has not been completed therefore it's not in operation at the time of our stay. The view of the Bay Area is pretty good from the 22nd floor where we stayed. This pproperty is located in the city center, it is very convenient to move around the city from the hotel. ATM is available within the building. Rooms are clean, modern and well-lit. Air conditioning is nicely designed and cools the room well in a very short time. Noise insulation can be improved, we could hear someone's next-room conversation from our room."
