"Very warm reception. No hassle or snag with ANYTHING. I'm not difficult to please, and I do not expect much. My room was clean, quiet, and functional. The breakfast was delicious. Even the other guests were pleasant. See, that's the thing, good service is infectious. People having a comfortable experience treat others as such. I have 2 more trips to Fayetteville before the summer. I know where I'll be staying. "

"This hotel is very clean and very nice. The beds are really comfy. Special shout out to the excellent staff. Shiela and James at the reception area were so accomodating. Katherine and Cynthia were great at breakfast. Everyone who worked there made me feel right at home! "

"Tru is pet friendly, which makes for a very nice stay. the property was well maintained and very convenient. The staff was very professional and pleasant. The only glitch was that the electric room door lock kept losing power, and the staff kept having to recharge it so I could get back into my room. No big deal. I will definitely stay here again."

"We arrived on Christmas day and no restaurants were open. The front desk woman was so helpful in trying to find us a place to eat. We found a supermarket that was open and got some supplies there. We ended up barbequing in the hotel's well lit front porch on their Weber grill. She gave us utensils and seasoning for our chicken. We had a secluded, private dinner and it was great! Room was clean and all workers were friendly. It's not glamorous but was well worth the price."
