While the exterior appearance of the hotel was tired, the interior was great. Room was spotlessly clean and large even for three people. Breakfast was fresh with a large selection. Staff were very friendly and looked after our bags after checking out. Perfect, basic hotel room for an overnight transfer. Grazie

Very friendly staff helped us a lot. It was just for 1 night so I can’t comment on too much but the bathroom was huge and there was heating and AC if you wanted

This property was close to airport, so after arriving in the early hours it was just a short drive there. Room was large with a comfortable bed and bathroom was well lit and very spacious. Maybe instructions to access property could have been sent earlier than late afternoon of the arrival day.

I only spend one night here while in transit. Perfectly fine hotel for a stopover. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice. Property is just around the corner from the train station, so it is very convenient. The property is a bit old. It can be noisy at night. There isn’t much to do around the hotel, so if you’re visiting to explore the main parts of Lamezia Terme, this might not be the best location.

Okay for a Short Stay

Hotel was located close to train station. Service was good and we were able to schedule a taxi with hotel for our trip to airport next day. The area hotel is located in is a bit dicey, limited options for restaurants too. No elevator and air conditioning was so, so. Also our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I asked about a nonsmoking room and was told no nonsmoking rooms. However hotel is clean and our room was clean. Mattress was very hard. Was sufficient for one night.

2 Minute walk to train and clean

The staff is very friendly. The area is very run down but it was literally next to the train station so that can be expected. The mattress seemed to be only a box spring. Very hard. The tile and flooring was nice but the shower filled with water The bedding was outdated but clean. We stayed so we could easily transfer ourselves and luggage to the train station in the morning and it was only 2 minute walk. Very easy

The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice. It was very hot in our room and air conditioning was broken. The staff tried to address this but there was not too much improvement. We requested a taxi to take us to the airport for our very early morning flight. Two staff members agreed to arrange a car for us. When it was time for us to leave for the airport no taxi or ride service came to pick us up. We panicked and called several of the hotel’s emergency numbers as well as the taxi service number, which was posted at the front desk. However there was no answer until I called the last number on the emergency list. Someone answered and said there was no taxi available to pick us up at the early hour of 4:30 am when we needed to leave and which was the time we had told them we would need to leave. Finally the hotel staff whose number was the last on the list answered my phone call. He told us we could catch a taxi at the train station so we walked to the train station and fortunately found a taxi to take us to our flight. This was extremely unsettling, very stressful and worrisome. Fortunately we did not miss our flight.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and staff was very nice. Location was very close to train and bus stations. However, the neighborhood in general is rundown, there's a lot of trash on the sidewalks and grassy areas. I would stay there again as the price and convenience are worth it.
