"We truly enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is a little outdated but it was very clean! My kids loved the pool and hot tub! The Santa theme is perfect! This is a huge building too! Great place, but they just need to clean better.
"The condo is just as pictured. It is big inside with plenty of room for the family. Our only problem was the cleanliness. There was hair in the jet tub, and it made a ring around it when we were filling it up. Lots of hair came out of the jets. The pots and pans were dirty with stuck on food on them. ..."
