立地は良く、ラリベラの中心の広場から10分程度の徒歩圏内。教会群からも徒歩で10分程度です。丘の上に立っており、客室からの景色もいいです。
客室は清潔です。ややトイレとシャワーに汚れがあります。雨季のため蚊が多かったですが、次の日の清掃から室内にスプレーをして対応してくれました。

地下にレストランが併設されており、エチオピア料理、スパゲッティなどがあります。
