"Great customer service. great breakfast lovely rooms and outdoor clearness. Indoor Pool too cold hot tub lukewarm. Hot tub dirty with brown foam on corner. Old brown foam on side0 tile of tub. Chlorine smell too high. Burned eyes damaged hair. Sadly this was the main reason we choose this hotel. Not sure if we will be back."

"Terrific location for an event at Grace College. The large lobby with plenty of seating and games is great if you have a group of people or kids. The workout center is small but up-to-date and clean. All of the staff that we interacted with were helpful and pleasant. This was our second stay at this location and we would recommend staying again."

"We loved our time at the Kimmell House. Beautiful grounds and house was amazing! We stayed in the private cottage with a king bed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the sheets were the best I have ever felt, 4 pillows with a variety of firm and soft, and our room was lovely. They went above and beyond with extra comforts and treats. Breakfast both days was delicious and homemade from scratch, absolutely loved it. We had a wonderful weekend, and we are so thankful we found this gem of a B&B."
