"Clean rooms, spacious and luxury feel! We loved it"

"Pool was excellent. Annoying that they charge you 25$ for a late checkout. Especially on daylight savings day...."

"The room was clean but we could hear a party going on very late at night on top of us. The area seems safe. There is a CVS very close and 2 very nice souvenir shops. The breakfast was ok, nothing too fancy but ok. What really shocked me was the lady at the buffet that was looking to see how much you eat, how many time you go to pick up food in a very rude way. I understand that you don't want people to take food to go, even if some people prefer to eat in the room or outside at the table but it's a bit to the extreme. There is a coupon that you need to give and the lady keeps an eye on you all the time to see what you eat and how much you eat. It's weird and exaggerating. "

"Was not the room I Booked. Was not treated very well when calling in regards to extra charges on our card. Jacuzzi was very dirty. Will not return. They called and texted me all weekend to do a tour but never fixed the problem. Worst weekend trip ever."

"No breakfast even tho the front desk lady said was going to be muffins,yogurt, cereal, hot and cold breakfast etc, there was nothing.Door didn’t close all the way, paint missing everywhere and stains on the walls and furniture. The sheets were clean so that was a plus. It was also late after a soccer tournament so my son and I just needed beds. "

"There was a slight confusion with our room not being ready at check in. I feel as though we could have been accommodated for the inconvenience HOWEVER, we thoroughly enjoyed the resort amenities and room."
