"The hotel is fine and the location suited us. It was frustrating that when we booked there was very limited possibility for reserving a meal. I was surprised they didn't keep a few tables for residents. But there's plenty locally and it wasn't an issue. Friendly staff, plentiful parking, clean, warm. All good. "

"We stayed for two nights with our dogs. We absolutely loved our stay. Rooms super comfortable and staff so attentive. Breakfast was incredible. We ate lunch and two evening meals as the bar and restaurant was so good it wasn’t worth trying anywhere else. Would definitely recommend and return. "

"Absolutely 5*, we stayed in the oasis suite and from the second we walked through the door - tranquil music playing , jungle relaxing vibes , perfect lighting we knew it was going to be an amazing couple of days. "We were warmly greeted by the manager, she was knowledgeable about beer choices and wine. Locals were friendly in the bar. We stayed for the 2nd time in room 4. Special room with stand alone bath in the bathroom which is separate to the bedroom with a sliding door. Lots of cobwebs in the bathroom Dinner was lovely Breakfast was very good with Gluten free bread on request. Would recommend and will definitely stay again "

"Two nights were booked here for two colleagues who were working in the area. They specifically requested that I leave a glowing review as they found the accommodation to be excellent and were keen to pass on their thanks to the helpful staff with particular mention to Olivia who I was asked to say is better than she thinks she is! I'm not usually asked to complete reviews for the many bookings I make behalf of my colleagues so I can only conclude that this stay was exceptionally good."

"Fabulous weekend away with our dog at The Brown Horse. The staff here are fabulous. From check in to check out efficient and friendly. Praise must go to the restaurant and bar staff for just being so professional and friendly. The chef here knows how to cook with a spin on pub classics. Highly recommended. "

"We chose this hotel for its location it was convenient for all our needs.The hotel was quiet and clean and the staff were very pleasant and greeted you when coming or going from the property...it also had a swimming pool but we didnt use it this time .overall the room was clean and comfortable and had a kettle for tea and coffee making and a complimentary bottle of still and sparkling water .We will definitely be staying at the hotel again in the future"
