1- the is a strong smell in the hallway and in the room 2- there are stains on the wall and ceilings as if there were a water leak 3- stains on the chairs and rug 4- holes in the curtains 5- they advertise that they provide breakfast. We asked the staff and they said that there wasn’t any breakfast. We would have booked a different hotel if we knew this upfront.

Do not stay here even if last option I would still recommend staying in your own vehicle. It was disgusting and terribly dirty from floors to ceilings. Broken, poor repairs, rust, dirty, body fluids etc

First walking into the property it smelled like weed. Second they gave me a room key with a customer in it. Then they moved into the second hotel room and there was no light, and the third room was evenly worse. No night table (which I needed for my CPAP), the toilet seat loose, the walls cracked, the bed, etc. The worst experience ever!

*The photos are not real *Strong smell of cigarettes In the first room: the shower didn't work, then they gave us another room and the air conditioning didn't work, and there was no remote control for the TV. *The person who attended us got upset when we told her what didn't work or what was missing. *It's too expensive for thevery bad condition of the rooms

Booked via Expedia. Arrived to scafolding and crane outside main entrance of property. No real signage of hotel on property either. I guessed that was the hotel. Nevertheless, massive line to enter the proprty just to learn front desk was understaffed. Waited 45 minuntes in line to then learn hotel was overbooked and could not honor ny reservation. All nearby hotels were sold out and had to sleep in my car at nearby gas station. Welp.

There was a major glitch with Expedia confirmations. I stood in line for 90 min and was never given an update on what was going on. Absolutely terrible service. The front staff never even called the manager.

We checked in, smelly hallway. Put us in a room on the 2nd floor. I showered, no hot water. Went to dry my hair, hair dryer doesn’t work. Complained to management and they offered to move us. Apparently the 3 and 4th floor have been “renovated”. Still not hot water. I read other reviews (too late). The poor reviews are true. We left the hotel. Lesson learned, believe the reviews. Don’t pay for the room until you know what you are getting. Ask to see the room, check the water. This hotel is under renovation, but I’m not convinced that the renovation will help enough. How do you launder sheets with no hot water?🤔

There was an issue with communication between the hotel and Expedia, this created a huge line of people trying to check in with not enough staff. Took us over two hours to get checked in and people were sent away without a room even though everyone had reservations. Hotel management was calling Expedia at 11:00 pm and was not informing all the people in line of what was going on. Thankful we ended up with a place to sleep but for sure not a place I would ever attempt to stay at again
