The hotel is good and comfortable for a standard hotel. I had a comfortable night. The area where it’s located isnt the nicest but about 10 min away from the Towncenter with nice shops/restraunts

Check in and Check out staff members was very nice and both staff members were exceptionally nice to us. The breakfast was awesome and the man that set up the breakfast was extremely pleasant and was very helpful. The only issue that we had was the second shift staff member Raji ignored a guest that was trying to enter the hotel and didn't acknowledge him and then yelled at me for leaving the guest into the hotel around 6pm because he did not understand how to open the door. The other guest had his hands full and was struggling to open the door and the staff member just did nothing to assist him. Also came down from my room a few times to go outside and seen Raji on his laptop when guests were in the common areas. This second shift staff member was not friendly and he made me feel like I was not welcome there. 12-8-2024

There was not anything that my family have to say negatively about this hotel. The staff habe been friendly, check-in was a breeze, the hotel is very clean, and room was in tip top shape. Great stay!!

Room was very nice and clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating and the hot breakfast was very good. The lobby even had a wonderful smell of some type of air freshener. A first for me! Highly recommend this hotel!

The only issue I had with my stay is the entranced of the property. Depending how your turning in it can be challenging. With the hotel on your right, no issue. On the left you have to turn across 3 lanes of traffic because it's right at an intersection. I found it best to go through the gas station next to it. Which the gas station had a few homeless there daily, which is no fault of the hotel, nor did I ever have a problem with anyone coming up to me.

The hotel I spotless and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained. Breakfast prepared by John was super! He made you feel as though you were re getting a home cooked meal made with care. We will stay again. Thank you.
