We asked front desk for a room service after 2 days and were told - "we don't do room service, after 3 days, we can may be take out your trash on request but before that we won't even do that". Seriously, what a joke!

The highlight of this hotel is definitely the hot water pool—it’s the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. The location is also fantastic, being so close to the ski slopes, which makes it very convenient. However, the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as it can get a bit noisy at times. Additionally, the quality of the toiletries wasn’t very high. Overall, it’s a great choice if you value proximity to the slopes and a good place to unwind after skiing.

The whole night till 3AM there was renovation going on on top floors. I was on 12th floor. I could not sleep at all. The pillows were small, like designed for Lilliputians.
