"I booked this resort in January for a special Valentine’s Day weekend, and was initially a bit nervous after reading some mixed reviews, our experience was absolutely wonderful! The resort exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was perfect—spacious, and equipped with a fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed and more. Having two TVs, one in the living area and another in the bedroom, was a great touch, and the shower was incredibly spacious. Since I had never stayed at a place like this before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it truly impressed us. The shuttle service was outstanding, and we had an amazing tour thanks to Bobby, who showed us everything the resort had to offer. We initially started at the main pool area, which was a bit crowded due to the water slide and kids’ splash zone, but Bobby introduced us to the many other pools, jacuzzis, pool tables, ping pong tables, and even a game room—my boyfriend especially loved the Xbox. We also enjoyed the fire pit, live music, and the relaxed, small-community atmosphere. Walking around with drinks, exploring the resort, and taking in all the amenities made for such a fun and memorable stay. There were a few minor downsides, such as the loud neighbors on their balcony who played music throughout our stay, which made it difficult to fully enjoy our own balcony. Also, staying near one of the ponds and the frogs were incredibly loud at night! Parking also fills up fast. Overall, amazing and we’ll be back!"

"All went smooth. Except the elevator was not working and he usual cafe was closed the day we stayed. The elevator was fixed by the time we checked out. But our stay was fine and staff very helpful. "
