"Communications prior to arrival regarding the check-in procedure were thorough and clear. Location is central, you can’t get anymore central than it! Room was comfortable. Snacks provided daily were a really nice touch. I highly recommend this place for staying. A suggestion might be to have a bin in the room, in addition to the small one in the bathroom."

"Awful customer service, disgusting attitude from owner. No food on offer, for breakfast! would never recommend booking here! Much nicer places just round the corner. We left after one night, would rather pay for something else than sleep here! The owner swearing at us when we asked to move rooms due to the room being dirty and the people opposite using our doorway by the stairs as a smoking shelter making our room smell of smoke.
