"It’s just like an apartment, there is nothing like hotel or hostel in it. There is no one in reception after 8 pm and all the gates were closed even the outer main gate after 10 pm. They give me a bunch of keys containing my room key, apartment main door key and main gate code. When I came to hotel at 11 pm and start opening all these doors it took long time as some of the keys were old and don’t work properly. There is no bus nearby and each time I took taxi for Riva Del Garda which cost 10...

"The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."

"The most disgusting, bug infested, dirty, run down “hotel” I’ve ever experienced. Every species of bugs you can think of almost. If you don’t like bugs, don’t come here. If you do like bugs, come here. I will dispute this, it was a nightmare from hell. I would not wish my worst enemy to come here. Bugs everywhere, wifi hardly works. Not close to the town, bad location. No taxis available either. Host is condescending and acts like bugs are acceptable. "

"Unfortunately the stay at La Vigna did not meet our expectation. The kitchen was equipped poorly. There were a lot of ants and other insects in the apartment. The apartment was already very worn down. The pool was out of service without notice beforehand. The bedsheets were stained. It was extremely loud! It was hard to sleep until the residents above went to bed because one could hear every sound and scraping of chairs. Would not recommend especially for the high price"

"We are a family of 5 (3 kids). We got a very nice room with a wonderful balcony, in which we were happy to sit and eat (all 5 of us). Cristiano (the owner) is a super host - he was so helpful in giving us any information we needed, especially about celiac (they have celiac in the family so he was happy to share his useful knowledge). We ate 3 times (all evenings) in a restaurant recommended by him (celiac friendly) with hotel guests’ discount. In addition, the hotel has great facilities for...
