"Renovated place, room was smelly, front desk solution was to keep the door open and let the smell out. No air freshener available. Bathroom door would not close and rooms are not noise proof. Could hear the traffic all night. Not worth the money paid. Would not recommend. "

"Our only complaint was the floor was filthy. I went clothe wiped floor and showed it to the manager. He was very apologetic. Both bathroom and bedroom seemed as if never washed."

"I truly enjoyed the costumer service. Very welcoming and informative. We did not enjoy the pool area so much. Kids should not be allowed to play in the jacuzzi area. It was a mess and the water looked very dirty. Someone on the fourth floor was throwing full bottles of water at the pool from above almost injuring our kids and other people and children. We told security but nothing was done about it so we had to leave the pool area and our children were very disappointed. Also, I don’t agree with paying for parking. That’s unacceptable seeing that I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and never experienced this. No breakfast vouchers or anything accommodating for this unnecessary charge. Anything would have been nice to accommodate us for these issues. Hopefully if we ever book this hotel again we will have a better experience."

A Great Experience!

"We were really pleased with our one-night stay here. Check-in was smooth, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculate. All the fixtures (faucets, shower, etc) were sturdy and worked just as they should, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was noise- proof, and the hallways were also very quiet. Breakfast was much better than other places we’ve stayed in the area, with many food choices (omelets, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice, etc) all served in a pleasant and comfortable dining area. The entire hotel was very clean, and every staff person with whom we interacted was courteous, efficient, helpful and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again!"
