The room was clean, the a/c did not work and there was no hot water. We called for maintenance, waited 2 hours , no one showed up. Called back 6 times no one answered. went to the front desk, they gave us a different room, went to get our things, we were locked out of the original room. took 45 minutes to get someone to let us in to get our things. They gave a 40 dollar credit for room service, tried to order and was told there is no room service because it's the off season. Most of the shops and restaurants were closed and the pool was unstaffed because of off season however the website does not reflect any of that. 4 weeks before the trip, I tried to book a spa appt, was told it's too far out, called back several times and no one answered the phone. The day of arrival went to the spa at 4:30pm to book an appointment and it was closed but posted time stated 5pm. went the next day at opening time and was told they are fully booked. what was supposed to be a fun girls trip was one nightmare after another. we left 2 nights early even though it was already paid for. I would not recommend this "resort" to anyone.

Third time I’ve stayed there in the past month didn’t learn the first two times but this is the absolute last time I stay there. This time we had no hot water called front office. They didn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even offer me to change rooms just said they can send a maintenance man at 10 o’clock at night to fix it. I didn’t wanna deal with that. All the restaurants close early than normal. It is a casino with hundreds of gas. You should at least have your restaurant open till midnight very limited or food at their convenience store modern pantry. The staff was very rude when asking for a general information all in all will never stay there again. Stay at the Golden Nugget

A lot of retail and restaurants closed Monday's thru Wednesday's. Valet, Cant call ahead do get your vehicle. Left for 1hour, upon return, came back and Valet was closed, lighting alert. The would not me to park it where it was before and just return my key to the Valet desk. It's a high dollar vehicle, and im not comfortable with it being in the open parking. Housekeeping did no service my room, the 2nd day, it took two calls and well over an hour to get coffee replenished. I brought back 10 dollar payout tick from October 2024, wouldnt work in any machime. I was told it had expired. I call BS on this rule. After playing bar top Poker machines, my payout ticket, would not work in anyother machines. Went to cashier and when they asked if it came from Bartop Poker machine, they just have that problen, it took over 40 minutes to get reimbursed. Other than that, good trip. Michael Deatherage

They have updated the rooms, halls and foyers and it is beautiful! Staff is dynamite, professional and friendly! That’s the up, the down is that they have obviously turned the machines down to pay for the updates. We stayed here and went out for gambling and meals because the money grab to pay for updates was blazingly obvious!
