"We stayed for a few days in early June at the Cresta in Flims. It was a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out we felt welcome and at home. The room was great and spacious, breakfast was delicious and had many choices - but what really stands out is the staff of the hotel. They all were very friendly, helpful and made us really feel welcome. We would for sure come back to Cresta if we are in the region again"

"The quintessential Swiss spa experience, the Walhaus melds an old world five-star ambience with 21C spa, culinary and tech experience. The staff is authentic and friendly, from GM to dining room, room service and bartenders. True professionals who want to provide the finest service and they succeed. "I went with a friend for a ski weekend. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs up and down and they were very quick when we called them to come pick us up. The rooms are very nicely appointed, large and comfortable. My only pointer to management would be that the staff at the check-in desk are pretty clueless. I think they are mostly trainees. On arrival they checked me into a room that is no longer being used for guests, ie it had no curtains etc. When I left in the morning and tried...

"The location is closed to the main cable car station, just 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. The price is little bit expensive because there no service and facility...

"Hotel is perfectly located right next to ski lift, bus stop and rental shops. Very comfortable rooms. My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. Would not have been able to function without their support. "

Perfect spot in Old Chur

"Perfect little gasthaus in Old Chur. Very easy and safe 6 min walk from train station. Hotel is a gem, perfectly clean and comfortable, in a great location, and historic atmosphere! Please note there are no lifts (as clearly advertised) if this is an issue for you. I found the stairs no problem. Breakfast was delicious. Also had dinner in the restaurant and it was amazing. Highly recommend if you want an experience that’s not a chain hotel. "
