"We had a great stay at the resort. The place had everything we needed, it was a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and in suite laundry. It was close to the theme parks and shopping. The pool was a nice break when we needed some down time. "

"The unit was a townhouse style and was beautiful. It also appeared to be very new. The only complaint I had would be in the lower level shower. The water was hot and there was no way of making it cold. It was bearable for me and we were so busy at the resorts, that I never alerted the main office of this, so someone may want to look into that. Otherwise, it couldn't have been much better. Beautiful townhouse and I would absolutely stay here again."

"The communication was not good. Staff members do not answer the texts that they suggest to communicate with. Our suite had two phones and neither worked to call the front desk. They do not offer complimentary coffee or water in the lobby, but you can purchase from the barista until 11am, if you want to spend $5 on a basic coffee. Drinks at the bar are extremely expensive, small hot tub area. The pool was nice. "

"I would recommend this property! Just be sure you townhome is not on the side close to Old Town. The townhouse was great and could easily have held 8. We were 6. But they definitely need attention. The carpet on the stairs and in the rooms is absolutely awful and must be replaced. The dryer vent was leaking into the house so the washer/dryer cabinet was filled with lint and hot moist air when you ran it. The a/c vent on the stairwell was so dusty and needed a good scrubbing. "What I didn’t like was having to turn in pool towels. Crazy that we can’t walk to our room, when the temps are cooler than normal. Very cold walk back wet. Also difficult to find pools needs more back access areas."

"enjoyed the stay. checkin process on the phone was descent. the unit was hard to find but we got it. liked the older feel of the building/unit. seems upkept nice for the age..bed and pillows were comfortable. location is great. we drove there but were able to uber around downtown area. would definitely stay again.
