"We were initially given a dirty room. This was corrected promptly. The dining table in the room was really worn out with scuffs everywhere. The walls were stained. WiFi was decent as was the air con. Unfortunately, the lock on our door didn’t work and we spent the days there with a door that would never lock. We had someone walk into our room early in the morning. "

"Incredible views of the ocean and the Hassan II Mosque, spacious place, staff is highly friendly and good communication. The property needs little bit renovation and maintenance. Besides, it was great to stay and definitely would stay a second time."

"I really enjoted my stay here!! The room was super nice and i loved how big my balcony was! The staff was all super friendly and made me feel welcome! The food was delicious, although, they werent able to do a bit of the menu which was a little sad, but great nevertheless! The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is because my feet got pretty dirty if i walked around my room barefoot :( "

"Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good...

A Great Place to Stay in Casablanca

"I stayed twice at the Casablanca Marriott Hotel, once at the beginning of my trip in Morocco and again at the conclusion of my trip. During both stays, I found the hotel to be very nice. This is a five star hotel, that provides all of the services of one of such ranking. It is a very clean and beautiful place, with great service (from Reception, Concierge, to housekeeping). "Excellent value for money, very good location and clean facilities including rooms. Security and safety is present all the time. However only thing is that elevator is from ground floor and up. Would have been good if elevator went to the basement underground parking garage as well. "
