"I think this may have been my favorite out of all the hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms were very modern, but charming, and impeccably clean. Best of all, the beds were very very comfortable (something you rarely find while traveling, so it seemed like an extra nice surprise). We all slept great here. "While the place was clean and conveniently located to where I had to be, it lacked: 1. An elevator 2. I was asked for payment both at check in and check out, even though I had prepaid via Expedia before arriving at this hotel. 3. I was given a room in the attic, and with my height of 1.77m, it was quite challenging to take showers right under the sloped ceiling. 4. Hotel didn’t have parking so it was a chore to find an available spot where to load and unload the luggage. "

"When you book the “comfort apartment”that sleeps 5 you realize when you check in that there is only 1 bedroom with not a king size bed but a queen, the other beds are the couch in the living room and 2 roll out cots that have to go in the living room or kitchen too - very uncomfortable. No black out drapes like advertised. In fact some of the windows don’t even have any kind of covering and are cracked. The carpets are stained, the kitchen has no dishes or cutlery, the view of the river is...

"Great hotel - excellent value. We stayed one night on our way down to Southern Germany but would stay longer again. Fantastic breakfast and great evening meal. Decor is a bit dated but very clean. Excellent value for the price. "

"Ein feines Plätzchen am Wildpark ganz nah zum Westerwaldsteig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten eher weiter weg, wenn man kein Auto hat. Problemlose Schlüsselhinterlegung. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Passt gut für Wanderer, die auch selbst kochen möchten. Schön wäre, wenn Tee und Kaffee für Frühstück da wäre bzw Basisausstattung Esdig, Öl usw."
