I wish I had known the company that manages the apartment units (Aston) is separate from the front desk that manages the communal areas. Aston does not have people onsite to help if something happens with your room, you have to contact them online or phone, then they might send someone. Their hours are also inconvenient because they close before 4pm.
We checked in and were welcomed with a large HIDDEN CLEANING FEE. Once we got to the room the bed frame was broken. We tried contacting the front desk, but they said they couldn't help and we need to contact Aston. And since it was past 4pm there was nothing we could do. Like i said, I wish I'd known before booking this place.
I didn't want to deal with moving rooms or using my vacation time to wait for their help the next day - we had plans for an early start in the morning. Eventually I did email them and they refunded me back the cleaning fee.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend. There are too many middlemen. The headache of extra fees and broken furniture is not something I want to deal with on vacation. Might as well stay at a big name hotel for a little more money since that is what you will be charged at the end of the day. In addition, they'll have people who can actually be there to help you. Or go cheaper with an Airbnb where you know the price ahead of time.
