"I booked this thru Expedia. When I arrived, they said the hotel is fully booked, so they upgraded me to Ocean view suite, all bar items are inclusive. I also got free breakfast. The staffs are very nice and attentive. I had an early morning trip to island which made me unable to have breakfast at the hotel. The staff ordered a packed breakfast for me. She asked what I was allergic to, so that she ordered the right kind of food. This is excellent service. I love it. However, the only bad side is the hotel is on the hill. If you have elderly, it will be difficult to walk to Patong. "
