"Visited this hotel in it's former life as The Inn at Laguna Beach so I knew the location was fabulous and remembered sunset drinks on the terrace at happy hour fondly. The renovation is really pretty! The lobby and pool area are much improved and very welcoming. The delicious cookies that appear in the late afternoon are incredible!! "The most uncomfortable bed ever- had to leave in the middle of the night. Rooms on the first floor are actually underground and smell of must and mold. No sunlight enters down there either. Very disappointed."
