Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Mosquito infestation in room 205
Hotel staff were friendly...claimed to have upgraded our room from the room we purchased only to place us in room 205 where I was greeted by an army of mosquitos. I managed to kill FIVE before complaining to the less than surprised reception staff and finally being moved room despite initially being told there weren’t anymore available rooms in the hotel. Compeltlty ruined my stay and experience...instead of relaxing and enjoying my stay, I spent it being an exterminator. Sadly would NOT recommend this hotel.
