The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was excellent, close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The food was also delicious, especially the breakfast – fresh and with a great variety. "Very nice, authentic hotel with beautiful garden and surroundings and beautiful beach. Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because other restaurants were closed."
