"Firstly, I would stay here again! The apartment was very spacious, clean and easy to find. The kitchen was well equipped and super useful. One bath and one hand towel for a whole week wasn’t ideal and no obvious way to get clean ones. Emails about how to get in were clear, so no contact otherwise needed. When I arrived though there was a terrible smell in the apartment from the drains, which went as soon as I ran all taps and flushed loo a few times. I assume no one had been in for a while....

Alle elektrischen Schalter sind mit elektronischen Funktionen für Steckdosen, Beschattungen, etc. ausgerüstet, die ich nicht einmal zu Hause verbaut habe. "Large typical German style hotel , some rooms & areas look a bit tired, excellent breakfast, disappointing meal in restaurant, very limited menu, bar closed at 10pm, we had a very quiet midweek stay with almost no guests in the hotel however the hotel caters for large disco events on the weekends so be aware ."

"Very good cost-benefit ratio. Very kind people from the Niemann family. Simple, clean, quiet and friendly, bus stop is 100m away and a 20 min ride downtown. If you are coming to the technology park it’s an 8 min walk. It was unfortunate although understanding that the restaurant was closed for the week. "

Everything fantastic except shower area clogging

"The room was really nice and tidy. The towels, pillows, bed linen were really nice and comfortable. The toilets are separate (i.e. the bathing place is independent of the toilet). The only drawback that I had was the bathing place got clogged frequently. I only stayed for 1 night and I got up the next day and got ready and moved out and so, this was quite okay. If you plan to stay for longer, its better to re-check this aspect. Also, out of 10 buker beds, only 3 or 4 were occupied along with me and so, it didn't feel too much crowded. "
