"This hotel is unreal. Every room has a beautiful balcony overlooking either the mountains or the forest. The rooms are quiet and peaceful (amazing blackout curtains too) -- we got amazing sleep after very action-packed days. The breakfast included is extremely high quality, we loved it. Most of our evenings were spent at the hotel bar / lounge area drinking delicious dark beers from the bar and playing cards by the fire. The sauna and pool are a major highlight as well - the pool is heated and half indoor, half outdoor. We swam in the snow! We also took advantage of the Finnish textile-free sauna, which was awesome. Perfect way to recover and relax after skiing, or after a particularly long night out :) Overall we absolutely loved this place, had the time of our lives here. We will DEFINITELY be back!"

"This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. From the ornate exterior to the finely furnished hallways and bedrooms wrought in finely carved wood. Against the backdrop of the Tyrolean mountains and the quaint village of Zirl, this hotel is a must if you’re in the area. Plus, the in-house restaurant, Restaurant Maximilian, was absolutely exquisite—Try the beef tartare, treat yourself! "

"I definitely stay there again. Location is perfect for Snowboarding. 25 minute drive to Sölden Lifts, or you can take the bus for free. Bus ride will be about 40 minutes to Sölden Lifts. Awesome place."

"On arrival at NALA, the friendly staff offered us complimentary prosecco and 2 free welcome cards, a scheme which gives you free transport on tram services and most local buses. Also gets you discounted entry to some attractions. Our room (505) was immaculate, quirky, spacious and the bed was so comfy. Mountain views from the bed and living room made it extra special. We didn't have breakfast there during our stay but noticed it was a popular choice with other guests. Just a minute or two walk from bus and tram stops, 10 minutes walk to the main centre or 15 mins to the train station. Great value for money, would definitely recommend NALA. We stayed 4 nights at end of January. "

"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but felt it wouldn’t be fair. Here is a detailed review: hotel reception and facilities all get 5 stars. The restaurant has good selection of food options and quality is high but they charge 4.5 euros for tap water so 4 stars for the restaurant. I understand that this happens in Austria but in such up market hotel I expected better. They were generous with fruits and we found apple everywhere. The cafe was brilliant after ski. Peter who served us twice was fantastic. We ordered ham and cheese toast and beer and it was amazing. He is friendly and helpful. 5 stars go to the cafe for sure. Spa was amazing and choices of saunas and swimming pools and also sauna program by Rita was amazing so 5 stars there. They also have nibbles at the spa which is great. We didn’t try the massage service but prices seemed reasonable. The ski hire and storage were well organized and super convenient so definitely 5 stars. Sheki at ski hire was super knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were also good and comfortable but one issue and that is what super hot. So it gets 4 stars. Room cleaning was prompt and amazing and two issues we had was fixed immediately so 5 stars there. Overall a pleasant hotel which we loved and enjoyed our time"

"I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible. "

"Really great hotel for a stay in Innsbruck. Brilliantly connected to the city by public transport and the sauna / pool facilities were top draw. Room was very big and offered everything you needed. Carpets a little tired, but that would be my only gripe!"

"This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "
