"Turned up after check in and the room hadn’t been cleaned. Power went out within our first few hours of being there, contacted the helpline multiple times and they said they’d send out an electrician. They never did! Spent the whole trip with no way to charge phones in our room and no lights! "

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"Residential neighbourhood, quiet and convenient "

"The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress. Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication. If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall."

"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. Since i booked through Expedia and there was no way of contacting the company, i had to call Expedia when i was overseas to get help for this. To save all of you...

"I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap."

I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold."

"We were in Zürich for New Years and everything about this property was amazing! The room was clean, easy to access, and had a good view. It was centrally located and great walking distance from just about anything. If you’re not a walker there is plenty of public transportation. There’s public parking garages but you do have to pay. The only issues we had with our room was the shower drain wasn’t working properly and water flood into the bedroom. we had to use all our towels to clean it up and...

"Property was rather spartan, not even a bottle opener in the cutlery. And the apartment had a strong smell of stale smoke particularly on one bedroom. The response from management was very rapid but the provision of a reed diffuser did little to assuage the issue despite best intentions. Surprisingly no attempt to refund a portion due to this was proffered."

"Can’t overstate how great sour experience was. Room was wonderful, sizable, and very comfortable. Service staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge gave us some great tips and even followed up with us after we left to see if we needed recommendations for the rest of the cities in our trip. Truly an exceptional experience. "
