"Cleanliness is an issue. When we checked in, bedsheets were dirty. Hot water also cannot be sustained. There were also ants around the sink area. After they cleaned consistently every day, our experience was much better. You pay for what you get. "

"A very enjoyable stay. The staff here are the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant in any part of the world. Always taking their time to listen to your questions and concerns. "Absolutely amazing hotel. Looks as nice on the inside as it is on the outside. Check in was very simple and no deposit was required. The room was very clean and spacious as we had two bedrooms and a dining area. There was also a washer/dryer, but we had to buy our detergent. The closest store was a bit away fyi. Toiletries had quite some options. Our favorite hotel thus far in our two week trek through Vietnam. "

"I was asked to stay in Cozy tunately homestay, not far from my original property. This property is acceptable. Unfortunately I got a cold there. Location is one important factor when I decide where to stay.It is not a good practice to allocate clients to another property."

"Night staff was not nice at the furst day and he cheated the currency conversion. I found that out on the next day. He wasn't nice on the second day either. I also booked a taxi but the taxi came 30 mins late so I was almost late for my flight. Hotel was very expensive compare to its facilities and its service. Hot noodle breakfast was very good though."
