"The Chateau du Palanquey is an amazing property. There are only a handful of rooms and it is very secluded. The owners helped us out with wonderful local restaurant recommendations and a brilliant wine experience. I cannot recommend this property more highly. It was magnificent. "

"We had an amazing stay here, with phenomenal hospitality and a beautiful room. The room was clean, big and comfy with a beautiful bathroom, and we had everything we needed for our stay. "This property is completely incompetent. Don't let their info on their website fool you they are open 2:30-9 to let you in. I came at a responsible time for check in at 5:30, waited 30 minutes and no one to let you in. Of course they are not accountable for not being there to let you in. They want to charge you for the fact you couldn't get in to stay there. It is very hard to find, took 3 different GPS methods to find it, then when you found it gates closed with chickens squaking at you."

"An amazing place, peaceful , calm and surrounded by nature.Our hosts were very friendly ,yet professional.Our room was well equipped with beautiful ,traditional decor and furniture .The kitchenette and bathroom were spotless and well equipped. A private patio looked out onto the expansive grounds and provided serenity .The gardens and pool areas were beautifully maintained. Breakfast was served outside or o Inside according to your personal choice .The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, including a range of baked goods, fruit and pastries .We would recommend to others and will return in the future ."
