"The lady working the check in desk could use some training, she didn’t give us very good directions and she wrote the incorrect room number (ours) on someone else’s card sleeve because they were trying to get in our room and they showed us the key sleeve and it had our room number on it!! They went back to the desk and come to find out that they were in the room next door?"

"Only thing I noticed was that a lot of the outside lights weren’t working, as a female traveling alone it’s a concern."

"Great place to stay when flying out of MSY. We’ve stayed at another “name brand” nearby and it doesn’t compare to this property. Clean, free airport shuttle, and cheap parking. Won’t ever stay anywhere else for a MSY flight. "
