"After a horrible hotel stay, we were so relieved to find this amazing home in the west of Puerto Rico. It was everything we hoped for immaculately clean, cozy, and felt just like home. "Highly recommend this property! The owner Raul was extremely welcoming and very nice, unit was very clean and comfortable for the family. The property was well kept and the pool area was relaxing with grills ready if needed. We enjoy and definitely returning!"

"Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. "They need to pay attention to the little things. The curtain in our room was broken and would not close so as a result the morning sun would hit us right in the face upon sunrise. Most of the usb outlets did not work, the bathroom outlet was loose so if you tried to unplug your cable the complete outlet would come out of the wall, the furniture in the room was stained nasty looking. In the master bathroom you could see the holes where the old light fixtures used to be, the lamp shade next to my bed completely fell off because it was broken..the sheets and towels had a very bad smell, they should change what there using to wash there sheets and towels, for the prices they charge they should pay attention to these things, i think people would be alot happier. I will not stay there again because the price doesn't match what you get. It cost us over 1k for 4 nights..not worth it although the staff was AWSOME !! i was embarrassed for them. "
