"We arrived late to our hotel, we had received a voicemail saying the reception would be closing 2hrs before we arrived. We were unable to get through to reception to arrange a late check in. Luckily we arrived at the same time as another guest who had arranged late check in. The reception staff were very friendly and we felt very lucky, as we thought we would have had to sleep in the car. So, arrange late check in if you are arriving after 10.30"

"Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Parking ($8/day) garage a five minute walk away. However it is very congested during the day with pedestrians and scooter bikes everywhere. Limited kitchen utensils, towels, and fridge space so ask before bookings in all, a very good option for exploring intensive."

The hotel reached out to me after booking inquiring about my preferences for beds set up. Everything was ready when we arrived. The breakfast option is really great, no need to look where to eat. Breakfast options are great and plenty. We would absolutely return when we go back. Separate shout out to staff friendliness. "
