"Room was big, but there was unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Convinietly located for all sites to visit. Staff helpfull and friendly. Breakfast provided wide selection of cold meat, cheese and fruit. Cooked food like eggs were cold. There was unpleasant noice from bread heating machine during breakfast, high pitched which spoiled experience. Some pasty was stale. Bed was comfortable with hard mattress offering good sleep. "Great location just a minute from the Pilar Plaza - we parked at the main HQ hotel and the walk was 5-7 minutes to the apartments (you could park at pilar plaza for convenience but would cost more) It was great to have a full kitchen to use and a washing machine and dryer. "Great location, staff super helpful, in checkin we got a map and details on what to see and where. Parking instructions were a bit confusing, but you will enter parking … will have one price - but when you get to hotel you pay for your parking there and they will give you a ticket to use to exit. Hotel is right in the middle of everything, and you can hear the street noise. Would stay here again for location alone."

"We chose the Hiberus because we were in between gigs during a very hot summer in Spain and wanted great AC and a pool. Check and check! If you want to actually experience Zaragoza, this might not be the hotel for you. It's a €10-€12 cab ride into the historic part of town. The hotel bar is decent and has fair prices. The restaurant and breakfast buffet are really expensive, and there aren't a whole lot of restaurant options in walking distance. The area itself is sort of a ghost town left over...

"The NH hotel chain understands how to please it’s guests. Very pleasant experience at check in from a young lady who really made us feel like they appreciated our business. The facilities are very clean and well appointed. Even the parking garage looks like it’s been recently painted. The room was basic but very nice and clean with sufficient toiletries and towels. It even had a tissue dispenser and tissues. That is a rarity in European hotels it seems. Check out was equally very good with the young lady happily providing us with additional tourist advice. Breakfast was busy but the food was plenty and lots of choices. Staff in the restaurant were busy cleaning tables and assisting guests. No dislikes other than the entrance to the parking garage is a bit of a challenge as one feels as though they’re driving on the train tracks to get to the parking garage. Would definitely stay here again. "

Great experience

"I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The best part was being able to enjoy the beautiful view of the castle at night through the window. The bed was also very spacious, making it comfortable to rest. However, the church bells ring every hour from 8 AM to 10 PM, so it's something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise. Overall, it was a great experience!"
