"Staff were courteous and efficient. Property is in a nice location and the whole facility is beautiful. Maintenance is remiss in some areas. Our patio sliding door needed new rollers and the safe did not work. I believe the safe needed a new battery. Some destruction was being done on a structure near our room and constant jackhammer noise was annoying."

"From beginning to end everything was fantastic. Loved the nightly entertainment. Mole y Tacos was my favorite place to eat for breakfast and dinner. The Mosaic buffet was a bit lackluster due to how much salt was in almost every bite making it unbearable. The cleanliness was great. Everything felt spotless every time we were there. "Had a very nice stay at Hacienda. Cleanliness 3.5/5, service by staff is 4.5/5, food was 3.5/5 unless you make a reservation to their restaurants. Hacienda for adults only was fantastic, the property was much cleaner than the main Krystal Grand. It was quiet at night and security does a fantastic job of telling other guests to be respectful of others sleeping. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely go back. "

"We loved being in the new part of the hotel and having a little balcony looking into the ocean. Our room was very quiet except for the crashing of the waves! The hotel is located close to the Malecon and there were lots of dining options."
