"Hotel was very nice, there was also a restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast was not worth the 15-20 euro charge. Hotel is in a bit of an inconvenient area outside of the city. It was a 15 min walk to closest train/metro. You do just have to watch what times they close for the evening. "

"Excellent location! However, being on the second floor makes it very noisy since you are across from Centrale! Room was nice but sink and shower were clogged on the first night! Staff were helpful and fixed it. Temperature in the room was fixed to a very high 25.5 Celsius and you could not change it! The air circulation was not that great, even on manual setting!"

"This was a last minute booking as a solo traveller, the room was ok, it was clean, comfortable but quite small. The staff were polite and helpful. There was loud music playing somewhere from either another guests room or a neighbour on the back of the hotel so I struggled to sleep until about 3am. The view out of the window looking out to the back of the hotel wasn’t great. I would not stay here again. "

"Helpful staff and manager at this very nice, artistic hotel. I had an issue with my booking, and they helped resolve it—thank you, Marcello! The hotel is conveniently located close to the main station and just a short walk away. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel is nice and comfortable overall. However, the sound and vibration from passing trains might be unpleasant if you’re sensitive to noise, but, it’s a highly convenient choice if you need to be near the train station!"

"I had a problem with the mattress in my room—it was really bad. After complaining to the reception, they eventually moved me to another room. However, I want to emphasize that I had to speak to the reception five times and even request a refund for the night I had to sleep on that mattress. "A lovely modern hotel , easy walking from the metro and we walked to the Duomo etc. Reception recommended and booked us a lovely meal in a traditional Milanese restaurant. Would recommend. "

"I had a good stay. Only con of my stay is the walls are very thin and can hear everyone passing the hallway or talking. In addition the shower faucet was accumulating too much water and not draining properly. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. "

"We had a very nice stay at this property. The host was super friendly, accommodating and pro-active. The room and bathroom were spotless clean and the breakfast really good. We could only stay one night, but would always consider to come back to this when in the area. Highly recommended!"
