Socialtel La Paz

3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (92)
"Second day different room. Wanted to stay in a private room just because after using a dorm for the first night. No trouble with either and bed linens, room was very comfortable! The only thing is tbe or hate room was facing the street and if you open the window to let air in, it’s hard to sleep with the street noise. Maybe ask for a room not facing the street if possible "

Hospedaje Milenio - Hostel

8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (5)
"Clean and spacious room, bathroom was clean as well but no hot shower when I used it. They have a very nice living room and dining area to chill in. There is a kitchen but cooking is not allowed. About 10-15 mins walk to the Plaza, bus terminal, and the cable car. Close to many things but feels a tiny little bit like an uphill trek."

Onkel Inn 1886 - Hostel

2.0 star property
6.4 out of 10, (15)
"I booked the hotel based on the photos. Be aware that the Onkel Inn in La Paz is NOT next to the water, nor does it have floor to ceiling patio doors leading out to the water, a huge reception area or a spa tub. These photos (as I discovered when I arrived) are actually of their other hotel in Copacabana. The La Paz Onkel Inn was very much a hostel located in a shopping centre. I booked a private room but was given a dorm room so my friend had to clamber up some stairs to get to a bed where she...

"Great location, right next to the Museo Etnografica and not a far walk at all from San Francisco Square. I arrived 1 hour before check in time but they let me check in early. Showers were warm/hot though there was only one temperature and it was a little cramped. Some parts of the bathroom were a bit dingy but mostly quite clean! I booked a 3 bed dorm but they put me in a dorm with 2 beds, and I happened to be the only guest that night. Staff was friendly and helpful, and when I was waiting for...
