"The location is in a quieter part of town, with a fantastic local restaurant just steps away. The owner was very helpful and provided easy access into the room when we had a late check in. Having onsite parking also makes this a wonderful place to stay. "

"Rebooked at a different hotel. Was not informed until our friends received phone call to advise. It was confusing, frustrating and turned out ok, but not ideal when you plan certain events around your booked choice of hotels. Without reliability I would be hesitant to rebook there. We booked far in advance and prepaid our stay, so it should have been a smooth reservation."

"Unfortunately we had a negative experience here. The good bits about the place are that it's very clean and comfy and the host replies to you straight away when you arrange check in. The negative for us was that we wanted to extend our stay by one night so I checked to see if it was available online and it was. Because we had met and chatted with the host I messaged him before booking online and he told me not to book online that he'd take cash for it but then he quoted a much higher price. So...

"I met Matteo on the first night of our stay since google maps had the address off a bit further up the road than it actually was. He guided us to the hotel and we settled in. "We had a wonderful few nights at this property. Angela was a very responsive and kind host. The room/ensuite were very clean and modern and equipped with all the amenities we could ever need. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and it was an easy train ride to both Sorrento and Pompeii, with the station being very close by. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay at this property! Beautiful, friendly resort - quiet and relaxing

"Staff was amazing! We arrived late on the train, in the rain and after dark. They sent their shuttle to pick us up, even though we got off at the wrong stop. They greeted us with umbrellas at the shuttle. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The weather wasn't great, so the beach area was closed, but that is not their fault. There wasn't much to do within walking distance but their free shuttle is great because you can go to town or to the train station to get to lots of other places. Their breakfast was amazing!! "
