"Great customer service from the front desk personnel. The breakfast was superb, attendees were always very attentive to our needs. The cooks prepared delicious dishes. Then we had our housekeeper Raquel, always happy to assist us with our needs. It was great to always see her big smile. We are very happy with our stay at the Encore and are already planning to return but this time with family and friends. "

"This is a boutique hotel and the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in a safe area close to restaurants and shops. It has a pool and a nice garden."

"The staff was great! Their yard was wonderful for sitting and reading. The rooms were roomy, but the low lighting was a bit bothersome. The big negative was the bed! We asked for a somewhat soft mattress since we’re in our mid seventies, and we’re told all the mattresses we Temprapedics. Well, they were horrible hard! We did remedy the situation somewhat by doubling up the bedspreads under the sheet. But if we return we’ll be bring our camping inflatable mattress!"

"Solo hubo dos cosas que no me agradaron de la propiedad. La regadera (cae poca agua) y la señal de internet (casi no llega a la habitación y es muy intermitente) Fuera de eso el ambiente es muy tranquilo, la atención del personal es amable y la ubicación es excelente!"

"The room where in bad condition they smell of the chemicals they use chlorine not feeling safe gun shots early in the morning around 4-5 am. Had a very bad headache triggered my alergias. The manager did not wanted to refund they still changed us.4 night in pesos. Don’t go to this place. "
