"Third time we've stayed here, the resort is exceptionally clean everywhere. Staff always helpful and friendly. Had an issue with the drainage and the shower flooding the bathroom, one phone call had maintenance, fresh towels and housekeeping in within 10 minutes to sort. On site restaurant and bar not as good as previous stays as it has become well used by ex pats and local residents which unfortunately means service not up to par if you can actually get a table on event nights. "

"This hotel was booked as a very last minute choice, and far surpassed my expectations. The hotel was perfect, as was the room, and you couldn’t wish for a better location, right on the seafront with a lovely bay in front of it. "

"A really beautiful setting, like a small oasis surrounded by palm trees. I would have liked to have been supplied with more information about special evenings in the bar/restaurant which all seemed to be fully booked well in advance. Excellent holiday stay, overall. "

"We stayed here on a 4 day trip, 2 adults, Thursday - Monday Room has no air conditioning and had a whiff of sewer.. Food is awful and is often cold, even when the restaurant has just opened. Food is repeated for 3-4 meal times in various forms The sunbeds are locked until 10 - however they are unlocked about 9.45 or so.. but in lieu of sunbeds being reserved the chairs from the pool bar are moved into the spots people want and then exchanged for sunbeds when they're unlocked.. other guests...

"Since 2014 we've stayed here at least 8 times. What makes us return are the staff, the pool area and the location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and bars but far away from the noise. The accommodation provides pristine outside spaces. The pool area is spacious, you're never too close to other bathers. On the ground floor you get your apartment sun bed area. When we turned up to eat the table we had chosen had been allocated to a party of 6 and we were informed no one can book a table!! The member of staff who told us this was quite off hand and rude. Beautiful stay

"Beautiful stay at the Radisson. Everywhere was clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We went in February but the pools were well maintained and never any issues with getting a sunbed or having somewhere to enjoy a coffee in the sun. Wonderful and relaxing. Great stay and would definitely recommend. This was our first time but we will be back next year!"

Lovely mid-winter break!

"Excellent location in Costa Teguise close to lots of restaurants, bars, bus stops and beach. Nice pool area that gets sunshine all day and loungers always available. Assorted entertainment in onsite pub every night and poolside activities and music. Fantastic selection of different cuisines and dishes at the buffet restaurant and all the staff - from cleaners, restaurant, entertainment and front desk - very professional, polite and friendly. Impeccable service. Small, very basic gym. Had a huge room and bed overlooking the main beach. Unfortunately the patio didn't receive any sunshine at all throughout day and was chilly in the wind. Room had a fridge, cooker, all the main English TV stations and ample storage space and lighting. However no crockery or cutlery in kitchen. Nice bathroom, powerful shower which unfortunately left water on floor of bathroom. There was some building maintenance taking place and was quite noisy. A few very minor room maintenance niggles ie reading light above bed not working and wardbrobe door magnet not holding door shut. Overall a very nice and affordable base from which to explore Costa Teguise. I visited in early February so it would probably be much livelier in peak season."
