"The place was very convenient to the beach. Uber driver knew exactly where it was. Check in was a bit off, as they did not give directions how or where to check in. Only a big sign saying Welcome…We asked some people sitting in the attached restaurant, and one obviously worked at the hotel and got the manager who checked us in. But we had two great days of excisions and beach time from there… Be careful and negotiate the prices at the beach for drinks and the beach chairs , umbrellas. Btw…there...

"After a very disappointed check in and a room with 2 beds instead of king bed as requested and a very bad ceiling leak all over the bathroom. I complained and Jose Angel Rivera & Jose Luis Gonzalez (VIP Dep.)changed my room very quickly and was very professional. Also the staff around was amazing.
