Check in took quite a long time despite not being busy. The next morning, we were going to leave for breakfast and come back to the room. In closing the door, we saw a cockroach on the outside of the door. Immediately we emptied our things from the room, told the staff on duty (shpwed them a video), and left

The place smelled bad. The pool was not available even though that was not noted during the booking. My key to the room wouldn’t work and the condescending front desk worker tried to explain that I “needed to use the key slowly”, like I had never used a hotel key before. The “secure” door to the parking lot lock did not work, so the door was propped open. Breakfast was a stale pack of Hostess donuts and Nature Valley bar. That was it. Never again.

The gentleman at the desk was courteous and polite. There was only one pillow per bed (they did deliver a second pillow per bed upon request) no blanket on one of the beds. The toilet was dirty and took at least one minute to flush. I was scared that it would not go down. There was a hole in the bathtub floor and the paint was peeling in the bathroom. There was damage to one wall in the main room. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and clean. We were offered coffee and limited breakfast. This was an inexpensive room, so i suppose a clean comfortable bed is worth something.

Terrilble place, and left after first night, and can't get a hold of Expedia for a refund. Wouldn't recommend going to the hotel or going through expedia! Out$350 if they don't contact me bad customer service!

Cheapest around.... impossible to.get a good pressure for warm shower....too hot or too cold....v.small amount of shampoo....no table/chairs in the room...few TV ch. with no guide...if just in transit the cheaper you can find

I feel terrible for the staff. This place is a disaster. Ladies common bathroom had 3 broken toilets. The other toilets didn't have toilet paper. There was no paper towels in one dispenser and the other was crammed. Carpets to the rooms was stained and dirty. The room was NOTHING like the picture. Repurposed furnishings with previously drilled electronic access holes had been hobbled together. The wall lamp was hanging by the cord. HVAC unit was broken. All of this would have been fine but the upholstery on the chairs was gross gross and the smell... Thirty minutes in the room triggered a migraine. It was as if the room had been washed down in Odoban product. Even our tongues went numb from the chemical odor particulates floating in the air. We had to leave. Called it a loss and found a nice hotel to stay in. The staff has been left to care for a mess. The gentleman was apologetic and kind. Regardless, it was impossible to stay there.

Please do not stay here. Although pictures are one thing the real thing is a whole different thing. One towel in a room. Fuzzy TV. Breakfast was sunny delight and a granola bar. Cords and outlet unsafe with all of them hanging out of walls, or wall opening exposed. No pool in use. Families are living here. Housekeeping is terrible. Bugs in lower level of motel for sure. Some rooms no remote. Over all this was a horrible place to stay. Not to mention we had to pay cash or check to check in.??????

The absolute worst hotel experience ever. We stayed one night then cancelled the remaining reservation. The pool looks like it hasn't been open in years. The Continental breakfast is really a selection of granola bars. There is no gym. The room reeked of cleaning products and when that wore out the smell turned my stomach. Doors to the outside didn't lock. Some rooms from the courtyard have broken windows. The pictures on the website do not match reality. Worst case of bait and switch I've ever seen. I would avoid this place at all cost!

The pictures are nothing like what we stayed in most definitely smelled and the carpet and walls were dirty I believe the only thing thankfully was clean was the bed! Definitely needs to be updated and cleaned and the pool didn’t work at all doesn’t have bathrobes like it says and the breakfast was nothing at all like it’s days most definitely just a grab a go!

Cockroach and other bugs. No working Air Condition, so the window had to be open, which then allowed weed smell to enter and yelling. The worst part was sticky green blankets under the comforter. They smelled and had an awful stickiness to them.

This was absolutely a nightmare.. the best are about 20 yr old.. bathroom moldy and stains on surfaces.. carpet huge stains.. smelled ild and musty.. no elevator for us with coolers and babies left to climb staira.. order kig room.. they gave us 2 double beds.. host was very nice.. but entire facility is like a 1970s building and smelled awful

Booked a trip here through Expedia. I went to this hotel and the staff told me that there was no availability. I was turned away and never stayed at the hotel. Hotel said to contact Expedia about the issue. Expedia than said they needed the hotel’s approval due to the hotel’s cancellation policy. After too much back and forth and zero help. I get an email from Expedia tonight telling me that they cannot get me a refund. Can’t believe it. I booked a hotel, through Expedia that said the hotel was available, hotel turned me away, but no refund?! Terrible Expedia and terrible hotel. Not an advocate for the customer at all. This response is not acceptable!

Pool had been closed (probably for quite some time) but not mentioned when reserving the room. Lamp wiring was repaired with electrical tape. Toilet seat was broken. No hot water for shower/washing. Comforter was missing from bed. No coffee maker in the room. Not enough food put out for breakfast. Noisy hvac unit. Lighting not adequate. Blood(?) stain on one of the bed coverings. Overflowing garbage cans outside front entrance. No working vent fan in bathroom.
