"When I arrive at the reception I said I had a reservation and wait from some reaction ... The guy simply print the reservation paper on the table and looked at us as we were some alliens ...! So I ask what he wants and he asked "the ID card of course" and added "in your country what you show in a checkpoint" ... Well, indescribable :( In the room with a reservation for 2 people, they only putted on bath towel!!! Nothing was cleaned... I took a bath with my shoes... And to finalize they were 2...
