"We almost rated them 5 stars but unfortunately, on our last day. There were 2 female staff were very rude. One of them just had a go at my husband instead of talking nicely but she talked to us aggressively. The other female staff upon our check out we were confused with payment and deposit. With her broken English and our broken French, instead of trying to be patient with us she rolled her eyes and said something in French and stormed off.
