"Arrived mid afternoon and we were met by the proprietors and shown to a suite that was absolutely amazing. "Fantastic hotel with great views of Modica below. There is a pool and beautiful patios. Breafast was included and excellent. If you are in shape, you can walk down to the center in less than 10 minutes; the walk back up is a bit harder however bur we did it several times. Otherwise, you can use your car to drive into town in a few minutes."

"Very friendly reception by owner, Piero. Large comfortable room in private home on semi rural property a few kilometers outside Modica. Amazing breakfasts with local products and home made jams and cakes. Free security parking in front of building. Very nice lounge area with sofa and TV. Piero and Giussi (sp?) were always ready to give help and suggestions for the area."

"Staff is extremely courteous and polite. My only small negative comment is that (for my tastes) the hotel should have tea & coffee making in the rooms. PS. I know that this is Sicily and that your coffee is either expresso or cappuccino, but at least you can provide it to when you have other Nationals staying at your marvelous hotel. Just a hint, but thanks x"

"The hotel has an excellent location. We took the ferry from Malta and decided to stay for 2 nights. Walkable to town which has numerous shops and restaurants. The owners were great hosts even helping us with a lift to get to our rental car in Syracusa. The only unusual thing about our room was the toilet seat and cover could not be set in an up position. You had to hold it up or use your back to hold it up. Really pretty funny. Not a big deal. Breakfast was lovely and everyone around was fun. "

"The amazing host was so kind and caring. He offered to take me to the bus so I could catch it to the airport. He offered to stay and wait for me for two hours until I arrived for my late check in. He really loves the hotel and his guests and I felt so special. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a stop over to sleep and enjoy and humble experience. They gave breakfast and coffee in the morning and again just a wonderful ambience. The rooms were cute too actually. Water pressure...

"We couldn’t have imagined a nicer stay in Noto. The hotel is immaculate — stunning design, incredible location, and a luxurious feel from the second you walk in the door. "It was our the best stay in Sicily. Quiet, peaceful place; local cuisine for dinner; very pleasant hosts; spacious room and jet tub worked very well. Location is perfect for visiting Modica, Noto and Ragusa. Rural, beautiful area! Will definitely stay there again when visiting Sicily. Thank you!"

"Front desk staff was responsive. Restaurant food just ok. Pool area/garden and outdoor dining area nice. Approach from an industrialized setting in the modern (not old) Modica). Beds and pillows too hard. A/C never got cool enough on a hot (94F day). Needs better maintenance, dead plants on our balcony, carpet sometimes threadbare, some walls in our room needed painting,"
