"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. I booked here for my boyfriend’s birthday after spending a few nights in Carcassonne. We spent 2 nights here and we loved every minute. The balcony was such a lovely place to relax. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a lovely village. Bages is a true gem. "

"A lovely stay at C Boutique for us. Stylish room, comfy bed, good mini bar choice. Booked parking which I highly recommend as parking on the street would be difficult. "We had a lovely stay. Accommodations are simple and clean. It is an older hotel and new owners are in process of restoration. Great value given its location right next to the market, canal walk and restaurants. Bus stop very close, too. Breakfast was good. The staff is very nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!"
